Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Dale Hall of Natchez announce the engagement of their daughter, Jimetress Elizabeth Hall to Christopher Shawn Reed, son of Mrs. Mary Reed and the late Mr. Spencer Reed Sr. of Fayette.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Natchez High School and the University of Southern Mississippi where she received a bachelor of health in speech-language pathology and a master’s of education in speech-language pathology. She is employed by Katy Independent School District in Katy, Texas.

She is the granddaughter of the late Ms. Lula Mae Anderson of Natchez.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Jefferson County High School in Fayette and a graduate of Nashville Diesel College in Nashville, Tenn., where he received a certificate in diesel technology. He is employed by Hydratight.

He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Warner and the late Ms. Arteal Reed and the late Spencer Reed of Fayette.

The wedding will be at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, April 7, 2012, at Pilgrim Baptist Church in Natchez.

A cocktail hour/reception will follow at the Natchez Convention Center.
