Hello shrimp lovers, it’s that time again.

Junior Auxiliary of Natchez is asking you to mark your calendars for April 28.

This will be our 16th annual shrimp boil. Each plate will contain one pound of boiled shrimp, corn and potatoes for only $12.

This event will take place at the JA Canteen in Duncan Park from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Tickets should be purchased in advance from one of our JA members or at Anruss Salon.

During the past 60 years, JA — an all-volunteer organization — has touched many lives and steered young children in a positive direction. Some of our projects include Camp Sunshine, Angel Tree, Pack the Bus and the River City Run.

All of our projects are designed to keep our national slogan — Care Today Character Tomorrow — in mind.

Please help us continue these services by purchasing tickets from a JA member today.

The annual shrimp boil is our largest fundraiser, and you can be assured 100 percent of your funds will go to help children in our area.

Additional donations, memorials or honorariums may be mailed to Junior Auxiliary of Natchez, P.O. Box 1592, Natchez, MS 39121. The chapter is registered with the Internal Revenue Service as a charitable 501(c)(3) organization. Donations made to Junior Auxiliary of Natchez are tax deductible.
