Gerry D. Byrd, 21, 1-B Saragossa Road, on charges of contempt of court for default in payment, motor vehicle violation, no seat belt, controlled substance violation, receiving stolen property and a hold for the Criminal Investigation Division. Bond set at $661 for controlled substance violation.
