NATCHEZ — Services for Willie Marie Taylor, 80, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, May 9, 2012, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be at 11 a.m. today at Greater Robinson Chapel Baptist Church.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time today at the church.

Mrs. Taylor was born July 17, 1931, in Collinston, La., the daughter of John Sr. and Addie Motten Mullins.

Mrs. Taylor was a member of Greater Robinson Chapel Baptist Church and served on the usher board.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three sons, Henry Taylor, Jimmy Taylor and Roy Taylor; and two siblings, Labell Mouon and Avell Mullins.

Survivors include five loving children, Laverna Whitley and husband, George, and John Willie Taylor, all of Natchez, Addie Simon and husband, Howard, of California, Labell Wilson and husband, Arthur Lee, of Roxie and Dennis Taylor and wife, Velma, of Little Rock, Ark.; one daughter-in-law, Catherine Taylor; two daughters after her own heart, Etta Jean Foley and husband, Lawrence, and Gertrude Norman, all of Natchez; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
