Monday, May 14:


Brandy Washington, Age N/A, charged with violating the leash law for dogs. Case dismissed at request of officer; dogs are no longer at residence.
Marcus C. Frazier, 34, found guilty of disturbing the peace by fighting. Fine set at $392 with $288 suspended. Must pay a fine of $104.
Erica M. White, 33, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident. Fine set at $250. White also pleaded guilty to failure to maintain insurance proof in vehicle. Fine set at $250.

McKinley Brady, 33, charged with loitering. Case remanded to files subject to other plea.
Kalyn Owen, 22, charged with disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Case remanded to files subject to providing rehab.
