Books, pencils and pens were packed away Thursday as Concordia Parish students eagerly awaited the final bell on the last day of school. The bright minds will have two months of summer before starting school again on August 10. Students at Ridgecrest School, however, are uncertain where they will be learning in August, as the school closed Thursday to prepare for a magnet school.
