NATCHEZ — Services for Jerry Steve White, 61, of Natchez, who died Tuesday, June 26, 2012, in Baton Rouge, will be at 1 p.m. today at Laird Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Steve Purvis officiating.

Burial will follow at Jersey Settlers Cemetery in Kingston under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time today at the funeral home.

Mr. White was born Aug. 1, 1950, in Natchez, the son of Otha White and Jim Mae McGuffie White. He was a truck driver.

Mr. White was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Tina White; one daughter, Tracy Stewart; one grandson, Taylor Mitchell, all of Natchez; one brother, Dennis White of Hot Springs Village, Ark.; his father and mother-in-law, James and Louise McLeod of Natchez; one brother-in-law, Rowan McLeod and wife, Cecilia, of Searcy, Ark.; one sister-in-law, Terraine Wilson and husband, Doug, of Natchez; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Rowan McLeod, Davy Wilson, Bill Morgan, Bill Welch, Randy Babb and Johnnie Pagano.

Honorary pallbearers will be Garrett Wilson and Taylor Mitchell.
