OSAWATOMIE, Kan. — Richard Gerald Harbison, 71, of Meadville, formerly of Kansas City, Kan., died Sunday, July 15, 2012, at the Life Care Center in Osawatomie, Kan.

Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Eddy-Birchard Funeral Home Chapel in Osawatomie.

Survivors include one son, Paul Harbison and wife, Alecia, of San Francisco; two daughters, Gayla Cowan of Topeka, Kan., and Stacey Dickson and husband, Kevin, of Shawnee, Kan.; one stepdaughter, Betty Sue Marcos of Lexington, Ky.; two brothers; four sisters; three grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren.
