Isaiah P. Williams, 18, charged with shoplifting – over $500/felony. Case bound over to a grand jury after preliminary hearing held. Out on $12,500 bond.
Calvin Blake Jr., 20, charged with burglary to commercial building, cars, etc. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $25,000.
Dantrell Minor, 26, charged with introduction of contraband into correctional facility. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Kenneth Newborne, 26, charged with introduction of contraband into correctional facility. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Lakeshia Harried, 24, charged with credit card or numbers use with intent to defraud. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $15,000. Harried, 24 charged with personal identity information obtaining for unlawful use. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Kelvin Lamont Abraham, 34, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor simple assault – domestic violence. Sentenced to 60 days with 58 days suspended for two years pending good behavior. To serve 48 hours in jail. Fine set at $594. Bond set at $2,500.
Jeremy K. Hammond, 23, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon. Sentenced to 60 days suspended for two years pending good behavior. Fine set at $450. Bond set at $4,000.

Friday, July 20:

Elvin Mitchell, 25, charged with two counts of simple assault. Case remanded to files. Mitchell, 25, charged with misdemeanor escape. Case remanded to files.
Michael Washington, 21, charged with simple assault – domestic violence. Case remanded to files.
Michael Christian Burr, 38, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 3rd offense/misdemeanor. Sentenced to 60 days suspended for two years pending good behavior. Banned from Walmart. Fine set at $750 minus $550 suspended with condition. Must pay a fine of $200.
Kenita D. Harris, 19, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 28 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve 48 hours in jail. Fine set at $444.
Jonathan Bowman, 21, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $464.
Joshua Cauley, 24, pleaded guilty to public drunkenness. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $294.
Patrice Olden Johnson, 29, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 29 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve 24 hours in jail. Fine set at $444.

Christopher Cage, 28, charged with simple assault – domestic violence. Case remanded to files based on medical report and request of victim.
Keenen Jamal McCallister, 19, charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Case remanded to files in consideration of below two guilty pleas. McCallister, 19, charged with window tint. Case dismissed upon removal of tint. McCallister, 19, charged with DUS – revoked or suspended. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Driver’s license reinstated. Fine set at $325.
Donderic Markeith Minor, 32, charged with window tint. Case dismissed based on compliance – had receipt for tint. Minor, 32, found guilty of DUI 1st offense test refusal. Sentenced to 48 hours suspended. Fine set at $730.
Tyrone Dewayne Shelton, 29, charged with simple assault – domestic violence/2nd offense. Case remanded to files subject to attending anger management.
Monique N. Ware, 26, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false information. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $394.

Wednesday, July 25:

Curtisha Knight, 19, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Walmart. Fine set at $444.
Kendrick Walker, 18, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Walmart. Fine set at $444.
Devonta Devell Perry, 20, charged with malicious mischief. Case dismissed – affidavit went to Justice Court for eviction. Perry, pleaded guilty to failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $344 minus $200 for time served. Must pay a fine of $144.
William B. McMullan 29, charged with three counts of misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 60 days suspended for two years pending good behavior to run concurrently. Total fine set at $1,065.26.
Brandi Swa/rae Ware, 19, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 2nd offense. Sentenced to 60 days with 55 days suspended for two years pending good behavior. To serve five days in jail. Banned from Belk. Fine set at $544.
