LISMORE, La. — Services for Milton Roscoe “Dink” Wilson, 75, of Monterey, who died Sunday, Aug. 5, 2012, in Monterey, will be at 2 p.m. today at Lismore Baptist Church with the Rev. Mickey Gallup and the Rev. James Gass officiating.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.

Mr. Wilson was born April 7, 1937, in Parhams, La., the son of Milton Day Wilson and Ira Lawrence Wilson. He was employed by Diamond Offshore as a rig superintendent. He retired after 45 years of service.

Mr. Wilson was a member of Lismore Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Emma Aminita Wilson; his parents; and one son, Lemuel Cullen “Lemmy” Wilson.

Survivors include two daughters, Regina McMillin of Lismore and her children, Mac McMillin, Will McMillin and his wife, Mika, and Cole McMillin and Renee Gass and her husband, Samuel, of Mount Verda, Fla., and their children, B.J. Morace, Emily Gass, Paul Gass and his wife, Sabrina; and their two grandchildren, Lilliauna Gass and Emmette Gass; two grandsons, Leamon Wilson and his wife, Jennifer, of Rhinehart, La., and their children, Levi Wilson and Lexi Wilson and Ethan Wilson of Portland, Ore.; and one granddaughter, Danielle Wilson Girod and her husband, Doug, of Jonesville and their children, Emma Girod and Eian Girod.

Pallbearers will be Todd Wilson, Greg Wilson, Kyle Wilson, Bobby Wilson, Jimmy Finley and T.D. Pugh.
