NATCHEZ — Services for Jan Fowler Huff, 55, of Natchez, who died Sunday, Aug. 19, 2012, at her residence, will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary Basilica with the Rev. David O’Connor and the Rev. Darian Duckworth officiating.
Burial will follow at the Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the church.
Mrs. Huff was born Jan. 14, 1957, in Natchez, the daughter of John Charles Fowler and Sally Hudson Fowler. She was the day care director at Grace Child Development Center and church secretary at Grace United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father and her father and mother-in-law, Cameron and Polly Huff.
Survivors include her husband, James Cameron Huff Jr.; two daughters, Ashley Huff Anderson and husband, Jim, of Jackson and Kimberly Huff Burkley and husband, Michael, of Natchez; five grandchildren, Sally Hudson Linton, Wells Linton and Camille Anderson, all of Jackson, and Reid Burkley and Lindley Burkley, both of Natchez; her mother of Natchez; two sisters, Jayne Fowler Jackson and husband, Danny, of Natchez and Judy Fowler Mascagni and husband, Kenneth, of Shreveport, La.; one brother, John Fowler of Phoenix, Ariz.; one sister-in-law, Stephanie Punches and husband, Robin of Natchez; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Jay Mascagni, Modie Mascagni, Mark Devrient, Josh Jackson, Richard Punches, Greg Spring, David Clifton, Jack Cox, Vaughn Crombie and Chuck Porter.
The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Jack Rodriguez and staff, Dr. Barry Tillman, Anna Laura Orr of Camellia Hospice, and her sitters, Trenia and Michelle.
Memorials may be made to Cathedral School or the American Cancer Society.
