NATCHEZ — Services for Kay Coleman, 67, of Natchez, who died Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012, at Glenburney Nursing Home, will be at 11 a.m. today at Laird Funeral Home with the Rev. Carl Smith officiating.

Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Coleman was born March 5, 1945, in Natchez, the daughter of Nelson Jackson and Mable Lee Cotten Jackson.

Mrs. Coleman was a member of Washington Baptist Church. She retired from Jeff Davis Memorial Hospital, where she was a registered nurse for many years.

Mrs. Coleman is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Melvin Coleman of Natchez; three sons, Michael McMullen and wife, Monica, Ronnie Coleman and wife, Cindy, and Kevin Coleman; four grandchildren, Holden McMullen, Taylor Coleman, Kaylee Cole McMullen and Darby Beach; one sister, Carol Orcutt and husband, Billy; and numerous nephews.

Pallbearers will be Estes Porter, Ivey Ray Thornton, Irby Campbell, Tom, Conn, Corney Hutson and Ken Davis.

Honorary pallbearer will be Melvin Grantham.

The family would like to send special thank you to the staff at Glenburney Nursing Home and the members of Washington Baptist Church for their prayers and support.
