MEADVILLE — Shelly Case held Prentiss to just three hits and Macy Brabham went 3-for-3 with a home run as the Franklin County Lady Bulldogs defeated the Prentiss Lady Bulldogs 11-0 in five innings Tuesday afternoon in Region 7-3A action.
Brabham’s three-hit performance was part of a 15-hit outing by Franklin County. The only inning in which the host Lady Bulldogs didn’t bring any runs in was the second inning. They ended the game by plating four runs in the bottom of the fifth inning.
Case had an outstanding performance by limiting the visiting Lady Bulldogs to three singles and the defense behind her was just as strong as Franklin County committed just one error.
