NATCHEZ — Services for Wilbur “Red” Mauldin, 85, of Natchez, who died Friday, Oct. 5, 2012, at Crown Health and Rehab, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Laird Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mike Harrigill officiating.

Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. until service time Monday, both at the funeral home.

Mr. Mauldin was born March 3, 1927, in Woodberry, Ark., the son of Thomas H. Mauldin and Vercia M. Ashbrook Mauldin. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Mr. Mauldin was retired from International Paper Company.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three wives, Claudean Woody Mauldin, Ruth Thornton Mauldin and Lillian Causey Mauldin; three brothers, Idus R. Mauldin, Thomas H. Mauldin and Randal I. Mauldin; one sister, Corinne Wilson; and two stepsons, Thomas A. Seyfarth Jr. and James R. Seyfarth.

Survivors include two daughters, Roxana Brown of Natchez and Patricia A. Boyd of Monterey; one son, Henry O. Mauldin of Natchez; one sister, Faye Johnson of Mount Vernon, Mo.; two brothers, Kenneth B. Mauldin of San Antonio, Texas and James W. Mauldin of North Carolina; three stepdaughters, Carolyn S. Causey of Meadville, Barbara S. Stein of Natchez and Dianne S. Butler of Richland; two stepsons, Roger W. Seyfarth of Florence and B. Ray Seyfarth of Hattiesburg; 24 grandchildren; and a number of great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be grandsons.
