VIDALIA — Services for Doris Holmes Murphy, 58, of Vidalia, who died Monday, Oct. 8, 2012, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Stephens Baptist Church in Vidalia with the Rev. Leon Dixon officiating.

Burial will follow at the Vidalia Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Murphy was born Nov. 21, 1953, in Natchez, the daughter of Willie Morgan Sr. and Francis Wagner.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Survivors include her mother of Vidalia; two daughters, Gwendolyn Warner of Vidalia and LaWanda Warner of Lawrenceville, Ga.; five brothers, Lawrence Warner, Carter Warner, James Warner, all of Vidalia, Willie Morgan Jr. of Norcross, Ga., and Larry Morgan of Shellville, Ga.; five sisters, Linda Warner, Joyce Brown, Karen Brown, Hattie Derozan, all of Vidalia, and Elizabeth Ann Morgan of Norcross; two aunts, Alberta Bruster of Ferriday and Johnnie Mae Lyons of Vidalia; two uncles, Eddie Warner Jr. and Frank Warner, both of Vidalia; five grandchildren; and special friends, LeAndrew Holmes of Natchez, Glenda White, Annette Washington and Brenda Smith, all of Vidalia, and Norma Jean Andry of Los Angeles.
