Lewis-Whetstone

Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Jackson Lewis announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Virginia Balfour Lewis to Zachary Rushing Whetstone, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Carol Whetstone, all of Woodville.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Wilkinson County Christian Academy and attended Louisiana State University where she was a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority. She received a bachelor of science in exercise science from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg and her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Health Related Professions in Jackson.
She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John South Lewis of Woodville, the late Mrs. Elise Catchings Rouprich of Baton Rouge and the late Mr. Stanley Joseph Rouprich of McDonoughville, La.
The groom-to-be is also a graduate of Wilkinson County Christian Academy and received a bachelor of science in criminal justice from the University of Southern Mississippi, where he was a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity.
He is the grandson of Mrs. Charles Edward Whetstone of Woodville and the late Mr. Whetstone and the late Patricia Rushing Cockerham and the late Jerry Neil Cockerham.
The wedding will be at 6 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012, at Saint Paul’s Episcopal Church in Woodville.
A reception will follow at Hope Hill, the country home of the bride.
