WINNSBORO — Services for Kent Welch, 29, of Winnsboro, who died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2012, will be at 2 p.m. today at First United Pentecostal Church in Winnsboro.

Burial will follow at Coax Cemetery in Baskin under the direction of Young’s Community Memorial Funeral Home in Winnsboro.
