Gaming commission approves gaming license for Magnolia Bluffs Casino

NATCHEZ — The Mississippi Gaming Commission has approved a gaming license for Magnolia Bluffs Casino.
The commission granted the approval at its meeting this morning at the Natchez Grand Hotel. The commission also approved findings of suitability for casino executives, investors and members of the board of directors.
The suitability investigations are standard procedure and involve exhaustive criminal, financial and business background checks.
The casino, located on Roth Hill Road, is scheduled to open Dec. 21.
