NATCHEZ — Cathedral’s varsity boys’ and girls’ soccer games at Terry that were scheduled to take place Saturday have been canceled due to a scheduling conflict, Green Wave head coach Dennis Hogue said.

The varsity boys’ game will not be rescheduled, but the varsity girls’ game will now take place on at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 15.

In Friday night’s games against Loyd Star at Brookhaven, the Lady Green Wave lost a tough game to the Lady Hornets 1-0 to fall to 2-3 on the season while the Green Wave lost to the Hornets 4-0 to drop to 3-2.

Cathedral plays at Brookhaven on Tuesday, with the junior varsity girls game at 4:30 p.m., followed by the varsity girls game at 5:30 p.m. and the varsity boys game at 7 p.m.
