BROOKHAVEN — Services for Curtis Young Davis, 85, of Bogue Chitto, who died Monday, Dec. 3, 2012, at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Brookhaven, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will follow at Rawls Cemetery in Bogue Chitto under the direction of Brookhaven Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Davis was born Dec. 4, 1926, in Madison County, the son of Henry C. Davis and Maggie Bell Harris Davis.

Mr. Davis was a farmer and he was Baptist.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Ruby Mae Durham Davis; two sisters, Pearl Bailey and Annie Leggett; and one brother, Harris Davis.

Survivors include two daughters, Linda Blake and husband, Danny, of Natchez and Loretta Davis of West Monroe, La.; four sons, Steve Davis and wife, Diana, Sherman Davis and wife, Louise, William Davis and wife, Kay, and Greg Davis and wife, Patsy, all of Bogue Chitto; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
