CLAYTON — Services for Lena Beatrice Harris, 83, of Ferriday, who died Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012, at Riverland Medical Center, will be a 1 p.m. Saturday at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Clayton with the Rev. Anthony White officiating.

Burial will follow at Cook Family Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mrs. Harris was born Dec. 22, 1929, in Ferriday, the daughter of Robert Harris and Mary Scott.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Nellie Washington; and one great-granddaughter, Brooklyn White.

Survivors include a loving and devoted daughter, Myra White and husband, Carl; one grandson; three granddaughters; 18 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives and friends.
