Eddie and Teressa Reynolds of Vidalia announce the engagement of their daughter, Jerry Latham to David Alton New III, son of David and Nan New of Natchez.

The bride-to-be is also the daughter of the late Jerry Latham of Vidalia.

She is a graduate of Vidalia High School and attended Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, La. She is employed by Colvin’s Pharmacy in Ferriday.

She is the granddaughter of Johnnie and Essie Donald, the late TJ and Mary Latham and the late Damond and Linda Reynolds, all of Vidalia.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Adams County Christian School in Natchez and a graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College in Natchez. He is employed by W.T. Drilling in Natchez.

He is the grandson of the late David and Suzanne New, Ike and Julia Foster and the late Louise Foster, all of Natchez.

The wedding will be at 4 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at First Baptist Church in Natchez.

A reception will follow at the church.

Family and friends are invited.
