NATCHEZ — Cathedral High’s varsity baseball team was supposed to have a road game Saturday morning at Porter’s Chapel Academy in Vicksburg in a game that was rescheduled from Feb. 25 because of inclement weather.
But the make-up game was also rained out, and this time it will not be rescheduled. The Green Wave returns to action on Monday at Bogue Chitto in an MHSAA Region 7-1A game.
Natchez High School’s varsity game at Port Gibson was also rained out. The two teams will now meet in a varsity doubleheader at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 30 at Chester Willis Field.
