EDITOR’S NOTE: The arrest report for Matthew Ryan Anders, 25, 105 Park Place, was incorrectly reported. Anders was arrested on charges of driving under suspension and no insurance. He was released on a $2,000 bond. We regret the error and are happy to set the record straight.
