VIDALIA — Services for James Williams, 71, of Sacramento, Calif., who died Monday, May 27, 2013, in Sacramento, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Young Chapel Baptist Church in Vidalia with the Rev. Jarrod Bottley officiating.

Burial will follow at the Vidalia City Cemetery under the direction of Webb Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Williams was born Aug. 10, 1941, in Vidalia, the son of James and Carrie White Williams. He attended Concordia Parish Training School.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers,

Survivors include four sons, Kim Saul of Vidalia, Carl Russel and Willie Russel Jr., both of Sacramento, and Benard Sellers and wife, LaShaunda; six daughters, Sharon Saul Clark of Vidalia, Diahan Clark and Erica Colbert, both of Sacramento, Rose Russel of Hawaii, Arelia Russel of Tennessee and Carol Russel of Natchez; eight sisters; three brothers; 37 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
