WOODVILLE — Services for Clarence Lee “Sonny” Clark, 83, of Woodville, who died Thursday, June 20, 2013, at Field Memorial Hospital in Centreville, will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Newman Funeral Home Chapel in Woodville with the Rev. Joseph Carruthers officiating.

Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery under the direction Newman Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.

Mr. Clark was born Aug. 30, 1929, in Centreville, the son of Anslem Joseph Clark and Helen Shelton Coon. He was a farmer and a cattleman.

Mr. Clark was also a U.S. Army veteran and served in the Korean War.

Mr. Clark was a member of St. Pauls Episcopal Church. He loved gardening and music and was a talented pianist and guitar player.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.

Survivors include his wife, Mabel Clark.

Pallbearers will be Rodger Fry, Joe McKey, Kirkland McKey, Bradley Bufkin, Joe Maryman Jr. and Glenn Daniel.
