NATCHEZ — Funeral services for Mr. Clarence Alonza “Plute” Price Jr., 70, of Natchez, who died Saturday, June 29, 2013 at Franklin County Memorial Hospital, will be 10 a.m. Monday at Rose Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Kenneth Stanton officiating.

Burial will follow in the Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. until time of services Monday at the church.

Mr. Price was born Nov. 15, 1942, in Adams County, the son of Clarence Sr. and Ida Young Price. He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Sherry Ann Cooks and one son, Clarence Price III.

Survivors include six loving daughters, Sandy Larry, Mary L. Williams and very devoted son-in-law Roosevelt Williams, Dorothy Butler, Carolyn Burns, Clarissa Price and Genevia Price; one devoted son, Leroy Butler Jr., a loving companion, Ruby Butler; two brothers, Sammy Price and Charles Price; one loving granddaughter, Dasmine Butler; one loving great-granddaughter, Brai’lyn Marshall; two special caretakers, Verdell Sumpter and Elevenlyn Howard, and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
