Vivian was born June 15, 1954, the daughter of Charles Sidney Delaney and Helen Murray Delaney. She was a 1972 graduate of Adams County Christian School and a member of Morgantown Baptist Church. Vivian was a loving sister, daughter and friend. She always put the needs of others before her own. She had a great sense of humor and the ability to make others laugh.
