Mary Kathryn Carpenter / The Natchez Democrat — Tony Robbins uses a ratchet Tuesday to tighten a bolt that will secure a new air conditioning unit at the George W. Armstrong Library. The library will reopen today for regular hours from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The library will also host its grand finale summer reading party from 2 to 3:30 p.m. for pre-kindergarten to sixth grade students. Games, prizes and refreshments will be available for those in attendance.
