The silver platter, which is engraved with the name of Julia Eidt, who was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia when she was two years old, is auctioned off every year at the benefit and is annually garners the highest bids. The benefit raised $19,505 total, with $4,500 coming from the platter alone. Julia, now 10, is in full remission and recently made her school soccer team.
