FAYETTE — Services for Sharon Denise Smith, 54, of Natchez, who died Friday, Aug. 23, 2013, in Lawrenceville, Ga., will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Pine Grove Baptist Church in Stampley with the Rev. Percy Turner officiating.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mrs. Smith was born Aug. 22, 1959, in Adams County, the daughter of Henry and Jessie Smith and Dorothy Johnson Smith.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Latron and Leola Smith, Freddie and Emma Johnson and William and Mary Walker; one brother, Aldric L. Smith; four aunts; and four uncles.

Survivors include one son, Danuel S. Smith of Los Angeles; her parents of Natchez; three grandchildren, Gianna Smith, Tavares Smith and Tarvon Smith, all of Los Angeles; five sisters, Ronda Smith of Hattiesburg, Patricia Smith and husband, Willie, of Natchez, Priscialla Haynes and husband, Granville, Pamela Boxley and husband, Thomas, of Tulsa, Okla., and Regina Kennedy of Los Angeles; eight brothers, Cedric Smith of Natchez, Larry Smith and wife, Vicky, Lester Smith, Michael Simpkins and wife, Penny, all of Atlanta, Gregory Jones and Steven Jones, both of Los Angeles, Kenneth Simpkins of Greenville, S.C., and Craig Simpkins and wife, June, of New York City; five aunts; six uncles; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
