Submitted photo — Reynolds and Ella French Atkins will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary at 7 p.m., Friday, Sept. 6, 2013, with an anniversary party at the home of their son, Leon Atkins, at the Briars on the bluff. No gifts, please. The couple has four children. They also have 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. They were married Sept. 6, 1953, at St. Mary Basilica.
