BROOKHAVEN — Funeral services for Betty Cotten DeJohn, 66, of McCall Creek, who died Monday, Sept. 9, 2013, at Natchez Regional Medical Center will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville with the Rev. Judd Vowell officiating.

Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery under the direction of Franklin Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. until service time Friday.

Mrs. DeJohn was born Sept. 12, 1946 in Brookhaven, the daughter of James R. and Velma Evans Cotten.

She was of the Church of God faith.

She was a retired beautician, a homemaker and a loving mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents and nephew, Chad J. Cotten.

Survivors include two daughters, DeCarla D. Netterville and husband, Jeff, of Natchez and Natasha R. Coleman and husband, Shane of Meadville; one brother, Donnie J. Cotten and wife, Judi, of Baton Rouge; four grandchildren, Summer K. Netterville, Addie G. Netterville, Ethan C. Coleman and Kinslee F. Coleman and nephews, Kyle and Clay Cotten.
