LORMAN — Services for Mose Thomas, 81, who died Sept. 19, 2013, at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson will be at 1 p.m. today at Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church in Lorman with the Rev. Walter Williams officiating.

Visitation will be noon until service time Wednesday at the church with a slideshow presentation.

Mr. Thomas was born April 30, 1932, to parents Tom and Anna Thomas in Jefferson County.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Silento Davis and Mose Thomas Jr.; three sisters, Dorothy Vessels, Katherine Thomas and Revella Burns; three borthers, Tom Thomas Jr., Edward “Slick” Thomas and Robert Charles Thomas.

He is survived by his wife, Isabel Davis Thomas; three daughters, Nicole Grayson, Hope Davis and Catherine Dotson; two step-sons, Alexis Davis and Shaun Davis; 13 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
