NATCHEZ — Natchez High’s cross country teams were slated to participate in the MHSAA Region 3-5A Meet Thursday and Saturday in Jackson, but the rough weather that rolled through the region on Thursday forced the entire meet to be canceled.

The next meet for Natchez High’s boys’ and girls’ cross country teams will be the Class 5A State Cross Country Meet at Mississippi College Choctaw Trails – Watson Cross Country Course in Clinton. The girls’ meet will be at 3 p.m., followed by the boys’ meet at 3:30 p.m. Nov. 9.
