FERRIDAY — The Town of Ferriday has postponed its annual Christmas parade because of the likelihood of bad weather.

The parade, which was scheduled for Saturday, will now be at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 14.

Rain is forecast for a majority of Saturday, according to the National Weather Service. Rain and thunderstorms are expected to continue through Sunday and into early next week.
