FAYETTE — Funeral services for Madison “Duck” Williams, 56, of Lorman, who died Friday, Nov. 29, 2013, at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, will be at noon Saturday at Taylor Chapel Baptist Church in Fayette with the Rev. Percy Turner officiating.
Burial will follow at Gold Mount Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
Mr. Williams was born Jan. 23, 1957, in Natchez, the son of Percy and Lettie Young Williams.
He is preceded in death by his parents; one son, Dewayne Smith; one sister, Lucille Chambers; and two brothers James Williams and Percy Williams Jr.
Survivors include four daughters, Gena Williams, LaTiscal Robinson, Genetria Williams, and Kerisha Patton all of Fayette; one son, Jawonski Williams of Fayette; two brothers, Julius C. Williams and wife, Annette, of Lexington and Rickey Williams of Lorman; four sisters, Pearlie B. Smith and husband, Bernard, America Williams and husband, Henry, Patricia Smith and companion, Willie Wess, of Lorman, and Marilyn Smith and husband, Dewayne, of Vicksburg; six adopted sisters and brothers Stephanie Wright and husband, Daron, Christie Brandon and husband, William, Jarvis Williams, D’Mijah Smith, Louis Jones, and Darryl Willis; and a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
