NATCHEZ— Funeral services for Clarence “Jack” Reason Sr., 76, of Natchez, who died Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013, at his residence, will be 2 p.m. Monday at Jerusalem Baptist Church with the Rev. Ernest Ford Sr. officiating.

Burial will follow in Sunset View Memorial Park on Tuesday under the direction of Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Reason was born on Oct. 31, 1937, in Jefferson County, the son of Alfred and Julia Reason.

He was preceded in death by his parents and son James Reason.

Survivors include his son, Clarence Reason Jr.; two daughters, Michelle Harried and husband, Joe, and Tracy Terrell Hoggatt and husband, Micheal; brother, Freeman Reason and wife, Ester; sister, Julia Ware; and a number of grandchildren and other relatives.
