NATCHEZ — Despite gloomy skies overhead, organizers of the Natchez Christmas parade say the holiday fun will roll on schedule at 6 p.m. today.

This year’s theme is “Lights, Camera, Natchez,” in honor of the ongoing production in Natchez of “Get On Up” a film about singer James Brown.

In addition to an abundance of holiday themed floats, the parade will end with an appearance by Santa himself.
