Mr. and Mrs. Charles Jennings Jr. of Natchez announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Jennings to Eric Dills, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Dills of Slidell, La.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Trinity Episcopal School in Natchez and is a graduate of the University of Mississippi in Oxford.

She is employed by EPL Oil and Gas, Inc. in New Orleans.

She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Jennings Sr. and the late Eloise Jennings of Natchez and Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Decker Sr. of Jackson.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Alexandria Senior High School in Alexandria, La., and is a graduate of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.

He is employed by Harvey Gulf International Marine in New Orleans.

He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Loyd Innerarity of New Orleans and the late Mr. and Mrs. Howard Blattenberger of Knoxville, Tenn.

The wedding will be 3:30 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013 at Jefferson Street United Methodist Church in Natchez.

A reception will follow at Magnolia Hall.
