VIDALIA— Funeral services for Jami Leigh Bennett, 27, who died Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2013, will be a 2 p.m. Sunday at Young’s Funeral Home in Vidalia with the Rev. Larry Whittington officiating.

Burial will follow in Greenlawn Mememorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from noon until service time Sunday at the funeral home.

Bennett was born on June 4, 1986, in Baton Rouge, the daughter of Boggie Bennett and Mittie Tregre.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, William and Edith Latham.

Survivors include her father and his wife, Johanna, of Grove, Texas, and her mother and her husband, Jesse, of Aransas Pass, Texas; two daughters, Makenzie and Trinity Nicole Bennett; two step-brothers, Byron and Wesley Calcagno; three sisters, Heather Wilkinson, Candice Giles and Alex Bennett; two step-sisters, Ashley Calcagno and Cindy Tregre; paternal grandfather, Elmer Bennett and wife, Connie, of Bastrop, La.; paternal grandmother, Jeannette Krodel and husband, Mike, of Tampa, Fla.; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Matt Dillon, Byron Calcagno, Zack Giles, Jacob Bennett, Josh Bennett and Bryan Bennett.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The March of Dimes.
