FERRIDAY — Funeral services for Martha G. Keith, 84, of Ferriday, who died Friday, Dec. 13, 2013, in Meadville, will be 11 a.m. Monday at Westside Baptist Church in Ferriday with the Rev. Larry Wagoner officiating.
Burial will follow at Highland Park Cemetery in Sicily Island under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.
Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. today at the church.
Martha Keith was born Jan. 30, 1929, in San Bernadina, Calif., the daughter of Clemta and Juanita Garcia. She was a resident of Ferriday and a member of Westside Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Earl K. Keith; three brothers, Johnny, Henry and Gilbert Garcia; one grandson, John Michael Plugge; and two granddaughters, Martha Elizabeth Plugge and Krissi Dodd Butler.
Survivors include two sons, Charles Edward Dye and wife, Angie, of Hartman, Ark., and Robert Dye and wife, Patricia, of Hinton, Okla.; three daughters, Sandy Causey and husband, Sonny, of Meadville, Sharon Hoover and husband, Stephen, of Ferriday and Debra Ann Gore and husband, Guy, of Lafayette; one step-son, Earl K. Keith and wife, Donna, of Clayton; one step-daughter, Darlene Humphrie of Ridgecrest; two sisters, Jessie Barajas of California and Cookie Pruitt of Indiana; 20 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Curtis Keating, Charles Edward II, Robert C. Dye, Collin Dore, Cameron Cupit, Jared Brooks, Dustin Dore, Dakota Dye, Justin Brixey and Cody Dye.
Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Plugge and Dr. Huey Moak.
