Ben Hillyer / The Natchez Democrat — Actors and extras rehearse a 1954 scene in a warehouse on Brenham Avenue that was turned into a bar Friday night. The scene included Little Richard singing “Tutti Frutti” and extras dancing to rock-and-roll music inside and outside the bar. Crews will be leaving town for Christmas and will travel to Jackson in January to film concert scenes and other footage for the film.
