FERRIDAY— Services for Audrey Ward Tillman, 99, of Vidalia, who died Monday, Dec. 23, 2013, at Riverland Medical Center, will be at 11 a.m. today at Young’s Funeral Home Chapel in Ferriday with the Rev. Paul Reed officiating.

Burial will follow in Highland Park Cemetery in Sicily Island under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Tillman was born May 30, 1914, the daughter of Charley and Estelle Lewis Ward.

Mrs. Tillman was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Prentiss Tillman; one son, Rickey Tillman; one daughter, Linda Farmer, two grandsons, Matthew Tillman and William Marino, one brother, Robert Louie Ward; and one sister, Willie Mae Monroe.

Survivors include three sons, James Tillman of Vidalia, Donald Tillman and wife, Diane of Lockhart, Texas, and Bruce Tillman and wife, Linda of Covington; one daughter, Doris Estelle Craft of Vidalia; six grandsons, Larry Craft, Mike Tillman, Daniel Tillman, all of Vidalia, Seth Tillman of Lockhart, Texas, Tim Tillman of Covington, and Justin Tillman of New Mexico; four granddaughters, Tracey Bock of Vidalia, Ginger Stevens of Tennessee, Erin Arnold of California, and Amanda Tillman of Zachary; and a number of great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Mike Tillman, Daniel Tillman, Don Tillman, Seth Tillman, Tyler Bock, Austin Bock and Scott Patton.

Honorary pallbearers will be James Tillman and Larry Craft.
