NATCHEZ — Services for Thomas Charles Smith, 63, of Natchez, who died Sunday, Dec. 22, 2013, at his residence, will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Zion Hill #1 Baptist Church with the Rev. James Johnson officiating.

Burial will be noon Monday in Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the church.

Mr. Smith was born Dec. 6, 1950, in Centreville, the son of William and Bertha Smith.

He was a member of the Sadie V. Thompson class of 1969 and retired from International Paper Company.

Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Juanita D. Smith; five daughters, Robynn Madison, Porsche Lyles, Katina Shannon, Jamelda Dent and Kaiser Lyles; and one son, Brad Lyles.
