NATCHEZ — Natchez native Jeffrey Gardner, who is known in the food industry as Cheffrey, will be on television again on The Cooking Channel at 9 p.m. today.

The program “How To Live To 100” is hosted by Jason Wrobel.

Instead of a competition, the show is a light hearted look at how to eat healthier.

The 30-minute program features Gardner on the last segment with a dish utilizing tomatoes.

The program airs again at 1 a.m. Saturday and at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Gardner was a Alma Concina in Atlanta when the segment was filmed, but is now the executive chef at Common Quarter in Atlanta.
