NATCHEZ — The National Weather Service is expecting precipitation in the form of snow to continue throughout the afternoon today.

NWS meteorologist Anna Weber said no exact measurements of snow already fallen in the Miss-Lou are available, but whatever falls is expected to stick around throughout the day with temperatures not expected to rise above 31.

“It will stay below freezing today, so whatever is falling will likely stick around for a while,” Weber said. “Temperatures tonight will drop in the mid-teens to 15.”
