PARIS, TEXAS — Services for Claude Lawrence Lollar Jr., 87, of Paris, Texas, who died Monday, Feb. 3, 2014, at Brentwood Terrace, in Paris, will be at 4 p.m. Thursday at Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Sustaire and the Rev. Dennis Lollar officiating.

Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery under the direction of Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 3:30 p.m. until service time Thursday at the funeral home.

Mr. Lollar was born May 12, 1926, in Columbus, the son of Claude Lollar Sr. and Eva Edwards Lollar.

Mr. Lollar was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Glenn Lollar and Dempsey Lollar; and one sister, Francis Byers.

Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Dardanell Franks Lollar; one son, Lawrence Calvert Lollar and wife, Janet, of Sevierville, Tenn.; two daughters, Candice Scott of Orange Beach, Ala. and Michele Cardneaux of Paris; and two grandchildren, Graham Scott of Fayetteville, Ark. and Catherine Cardneaux of Dallas.
