FERRIDAY — Services for Leo Graham Sr., 87, of Monroe, formerly of Ferriday, who died Monday, Feb. 17, 2014, at Cornerstone Hospital in Monroe, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at New Morning Star Baptist Church with the Rev. Danny Lewis and the Rev. Barbara Matthews officiating.

Burial will follow in Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Graham was born Feb. 10, 1927, in Ferriday, the son of William Graham and Corrine Simmons Graham.

He was barber and served in the U.S. Army.

Mr. Graham was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Leona Williams; and one son, Leo Graham Jr.

Survivors include two sons, Omar Graham and wife, Sandra, of Broadview, Ill. and Roy James Sr. and wife, Wanda, of Silver Springs, Colo.; three daughters, Kathy Powell and husband, Dale, of Monroe, Bernadine Jackson and husband, Clarence, of Fort Polk and Jacquelyn Leonard of Alexandria; one brother, Edward Graham and wife, Nana, of Flint, Mich.; two sisters, Julia Graham-Jolla of Leesville and Mary Graham of Wisner; 18 grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren; a number of great-great grandchildren; one brother-in-law, David Ellis Sr. of Ferriday; one daughter-in-law, Sandra Graham of Flint; a number of nephews, nieces and other relatives.
