VIDALIA — Services for Deloris Marie “Loe” Fitt Johnson, 70, of Vidalia, who died Wednesday, March 5, 2014, at Promise Rehabilitation Hospital in Vidalia will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Riverside Baptist Church with the Rev. Glen Harrigill and the Rev. Johnny Hardy officiating.
Burial will follow at the Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the church.
Mrs. Johnson was born June 11, 1943, in Natchez, the daughter of Johnny Jacob Fitt and Virginia Lee Barnes Fitt.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Natchez Shriners and Natchez Moose Lodge.
Survivors include her husband, Elmer Leon Johnson Sr.; two sons Elmer Johnson Jr. and wife, Judith, and Elton Lee “Tony” Johnson and wife, Jackie, all of Vidalia; three grandchildren, Sabrina Johnson Stuckey and husband, John, Jenna Johnson Seyfarth and husband, Glen, and Toni Johnson Knapp and husband, Shawn, all of Vidalia; one brother, Johnny W. Fitt and wife, Diane, of Vidalia; and a special friend, Ethel Dees, of Vidalia.
Pallbearers will be Billy Wayne Fitt, Glen Seyfarth Jr., Shawn Knapp, John Stuckey, Clint Clark, Robert Kimball, Edward Theriot and Alvin Theriot.
